Industrial Technologies

The Genesis Technology Platform (GTP) integrates Genesis proprietary software with its industrial manufacturing technologies to allow its licensees to produce residential and light commercial buildings up to 6 stories in height, in accordance with design data to exact and precise specifications.

GTP enables licensees to offer a turn-key structural building solution in their local market, providing the licensee with state-of-the-art equipment to ensure that they are able to provide their customers with the best in sustainable construction. Through Genesis' proprietary manufacturing technologies and innovative structural products, licensees are able to efficiently custom manufacture wall, floor and roof building structures on a mass scale in their own facility in a timely manner.

As part of the Genesis licensing agreement licensees are provided with all the required equipment to manufacture and construct LSF buildings.

Coil to panel (CTP) technology is a fully automated system which has two sub-categories, the first of which is the Material Optimization Technology (MOT) which is a completely integrated software driven profile extrusion system. The second category is C4—a light steel frame panel assembly line which has been designed to maximize production and maintain quality control, while using a minimal workforce.

Using coil to joist (CTJ) technology along with Genesis proprietary software, Genesis licensees are able to produce a steel joist floor system, iSPAN, superior to anything in the market place. iSPAN is an innovative symmetrically shaped, variable-gauge, light-steel floor joist for residential and commercial building construction products.

The innovative T1 Truss Production Line represents another proprietary Genesis production process and equipment components which focuses on the fabrication of roof trusses.
