Creating the right team to execute requires specific roles to be filled. Licensees are provided with organizational charts, descriptions of departmental roles, each individual's roles and responsibilities and the qualification requirements for each position.
sales & marketing
Sales & Marketing is a critical part of the business. The Genesis strategic sales process is a proven and effective approach to Value Based selling. Licensees are provided with sample sales tools and marketing aids that include power point presentations, brochures, ad designs, case studies, terminology, and Genesis branding criteria. Also provided is documentation for Genesis Solution Selling. This includes Value Calculations, determining the Cost of Projects, analyzing competitive building methods, how to determine price, Lead & Project Qualifying, Initial Sales Meetings, Preparation of Budget & Scope, Demonstrating Credibility, Presenting Final Quote, and handling Closing Meetings.
cost analysis
Licensees are provided with the detailed cost analysis process and access to cost models for specific market verticals and structural solutions. Included are detailed algorithms that are based on current data and are updated real time. Forms, tables and other aids are provided to you to assist with the cost analysis and quotation preparation.
engineering & design
Engineering and Design is a key part of the Genesis process and starts every project with a thorough review and assessment of which systems will be most appropriate and most economical to frame a structure. Licensees are provided with documentation that will outline the factors for determining the most cost effective solutions.
Also included is the Genesis details library, an extensive library including hundreds of manufacturing, installation and LSF construction details. Procedures, checklists, tools, samples, and helpful reference materials will be provided to allow our licensees to operate an efficient and productive LSF engineering and design group.
The entire process will be covered from Structural Engineering Design, Coordination with Project Management and the clients, Production of Permit, Shop and Installation Drawings, exporting material data, performing on site reviews, and final sign off of projects. Fire and acoustic guides, structural member sizing tools, guidelines to designing to meeting seismic, wind and snow loading, and quality assurance procedures, are only a few of many more.
project management
Licensees are provided with project management templates, forms, samples, and the overall process in detail. Project management is responsible for the entire execution of a project and must ensure it is on time and kept within budget. Sample contracts and items such as RFI requests to customers, scheduling of production priority, transfer meetings, the installer bid process, purchasing procedures, the change order process, project scheduling, and panel sequencing are included.
manufacturing & logistics
Documentation for your Genesis manufacturing equipment (ie: CTP, MOT, C4, T1, CTJ, etc.) will be provided complete with specifications, operational procedures, manuals, and maintenance schedules. Other areas include minimum inventory levels, daily and weekly resource planning, sequencing and loading, and preparing for sequenced just-in-time site deliveries. Logistics management and procedures are also outlined to assist with receiving, loading and unloading procedures.
installation
Licensees are provided with installation manuals, equipment requirements and specifications, sample time studies, and standard installation details. Other materials include installation videos, sample safety policies, deficiency procedures, interior stick framing instructions, quality assurance procedures, and code of conduct standard.
